GUITAR

One of our most popular instruments, guitar lessons are taught in groups of 6-8 students. Suitable for ages 7 and up. Lessons build progressively and students will learn to read music, not just learn the basic chords and tab. Guitar lessons will give students a good basic training to go on to learn classical or electric guitar.

Students are required to purchase or hire their own guitar. Advice on what type of guitar would best suit your child can be given by one of our two specialist guitar tutors at the Papakura Music School.

Students need to purchase their own book and music stand. All books required are available for purchase from the music school.
