TRUMPET

The trumpet is the smallest of the brass instruments that we currently teach. Trumpet is suitable for children 8 years and up, we teach in groups of 4-6 students. All trumpet students are expected to participate in our year one Junior band or the senior Concert band.

If your child is interested in learning trumpet please talk to us about whether this instrument will suit them.

Trumpets are available for hire from the music school. Please refer to our instrument hire page for further information.

Students need to purchase their own book and music stand. All books required are available for purchase from the music school.
