We have an instrument for everyone.

Classes are designed to give primary and intermediate aged students the opportunity to learn a musical instrument at affordable rates.

Pre-Instrumental classes are aimed at children aged four to six years and are an introduction to the world of music. We encourage older students to consider recorder, ukulele or keyboard classes as a first instrument to prepare them for progress onto a more demanding instrument or if they are unsure which instrument they wish to play. For our older children we have a range of instruments from saxophone and trombone to cello and everything in-between!

Browse our instruments on offer below or Enrol Now.

Papakura music school is a non-profit school for primary and intermediate aged children that is run by volunteer parents as an incorporated society.
We rely on your involvement as a parent to keep the school running. If you can help, let us know when you enrol.
Classes are held Saturday mornings between 8am and 12pm at Mangapikopiko School, 202 Park Estate Road, Papakura.
